I don't have a problem with it. Yes, as a game manager, he made a lot of mistakes as pointed out by many.

However, I think he brought a lot of other things to the table which (I believe) showed up in the w/l column.

- Flame away all you want. I still think he did a good job (not necessary MOY worthy, but still darn good).

I'm not convinced Roberts was the best manager in the league, but I do give him credit for keeping a bunch of guys in a potentially explosive situation (not enough reps to go around, Puig being Puig, Ellis trade etc) happy. Think that's a pretty underrated part of the gig.
