I'm gonna run it back at $25. If we want to start another $100 pool, I'd be in, but people signed up for this one expecting $25 rounds, so I'm gonna keep it at that.

how does it work
can new players join?

Only way for a new player to join is if a current player drops out and opens up a spot. Or if someone wants to co-own a team.

Yeah, I'll re-up.

I would like the first pool to get squared away first, so people aren't racking up debt that is tough to enforce online.

Seems reasonable. Also I'm assuming a redraw too.

ya obv redraw.

ppl really should escrow twice the buy in so when a no hitter happens we can immediately redraw and start new round.

now its gonna take a few days before we get going again and we have the potential to miss a no-no.

imo everyone should send in $50 and when the next no-no happens we then send in additional $25 so there is always 2 buy ins escrowed and we never have to miss a day of sweating.

Congratulations to the winners! AngerPush had the Marlins, and JudgeHoldem had the Dbacks. Somehow this guy ends up making money:

Is there no justice in the world? I've reached out to the winners to get them paid, and now we can get rolling on round 2.

I like this idea. 1)It cuts down on overall paypal transactions for me to deal with, and 2)It'll basically eliminate any down time between rounds. Everyone was great about paying early for the first one, so there won't be any issues with collecting for that one. If sending $50 is a problem for anyone, PM me and we'll work it out.

If you were in for the first one, you're in for the second one unless you specifically opt out. The only one who has done so thus far is royalblue. SeeTheMirage was first on the waiting list, so he'll have the first opportunity to join. five4suited will now be first on the waiting list, assuming he's wanting to join. I've sent him a PM to be sure.

We're not going to be able to get round 2 up and running today, but tomorrow there aren't any day games, so it'll be no problem being ready by tomorrow afternoon.

Please start sending those escrows in. You can send to me via paypal or venmo. Both have the same email, my username @hotmail.com. Be sure to select friends and family, NOT "PAY FOR GOODS OR SERVICES"(had one person do this last time, and it costs me a few bucks in fees each time), and don't leave any notes. Just PM me with the name or email linked to your account, and that'll suffice.

If there's any questions, ask away, either in here or you can PM me. Starting very soon I'm going to be working on my tan, and my buzz, at a bbq/pool party so it may be later tonight or tomorrow morning before I'm in any condition to reply.

Thanks to everyone who took part in round 1 and lets gogogogo for round 2!

Edit: SeeTheMirage is not getting in for round 2, so five4suited, the spot is yours if you want it.

Ec, I'm going to venmo you $75 - payment for this one and prepayment for the next round(s)
It will come from a username similar to my 2p2 username

Edit-can't find that username
Edit-sorry for missing your PMs, I use the old 2p2 app which doesn't have PM functionality

Edit 3 - got into my PayPal account! Sent to you there. Sorry for delay

No-hitter shouldn't count, first at bat Dbacks get a hit in the next game.

Was just getting ready to pm you. Pay your 25 to AP. I've already told him that'll be the case. Figure that would make it easy to put with the rest of your numbers for swaps
