Next question looking fun.

Probably max of 5 people picked that are currently qualified.

A few random relievers have eclipsed the 30 inning limit, but likely weren't picked either.

And let's give a shout out to reliever Mychal Givens, who also has 5 wins in relief for the Brew Crew
I feel like Givens is on the Orioles.

I have no idea what the next question is or who I picked but if it's pitching related I picked kershaw, is that gonna be a correct answer most likely?

I smartly went for the safest answer.

Hopefully you went for the homerun with Godley.

Who's here? It's time for the Question 6 Reveal!

6. Name a starting pitcher with an ERA below 2.40 (min 30 IP)

Regrettably, this is not going to be the most interesting reveal.

I think the ideal question is 50-75% correct, with multiple different corrects. That way, getting an ace matters and getting an incorrect hurts. The worst questions are one that are answered by few of the participants, because when there's a big SHEEP, it's not much different from being incorrect.

As the question-maker, I take full responsibility.

Anyway, there were 16 correct answers and 31 incorrect answers.

We'll start with the incorrects first.

Kicking us off, we have two answers that go in the club.

The question did specify STARTING pitchers. Andrew Miller and Chris Devenski are both relief pitchers, and both didn't pitch enough innings to qualify anyway.

The most popular incorrect was several pitchers chosen by 3 entrants.

Madison Bumgarner is on the DL for being a redneck. He only pitched 27 innings.

Noah Syndergaard is a victim of the Mets' training staff. He also didn't pitch enough innings to qualify.

Also selected by 3 people is Kyle Hendricks. Last year's NL ERA crown winner has regressed to the mean this season, with an ERA of 4.09.

Our final incorrect chosen by 3 people is the Great Blister himself, Rich Hill. He also doesn't have enough innings to qualify.

Gerrit Cole has had a nice bounce back to form after a rough couple of years. His ERA sits at 4.27.

Jimmy Proffett

Johnny Cueto is another pitcher having a pretty good year. His ERA is 4.38.

Justin Verlander has taken a slight step back from near-Cy Young form. His ERA is 4.63.

Our final incorrect chosen by 2 people is Max Scherzer. The strikeouts are still there, but his ERA just missed, at 2.56.

There are two unplayed correct answers.

Dallas Keuchel leads both leagues in ERA at 1.67.

Our other unplayed correct, of course, is Jason Vargas. He's at 2.08

With 1 correct answer played by 16 people, incorrects will get 17 points for this question,

and Kershaw-pickers get 16 points.

Again, my apologies for a less-than-compelling reveal.
