just bc his teams take a lot of 3s doesnt mean that it would be the only way his teams would be effective. his teams take a lot of 3s bc teams got a bit smarter and realized 3>2.

regardless, it would never be dallas (or boston) all over again if lebron played in jordan's era. those defensive shapes were undoubtedly illegal back then.

but what happened to lebron's offense?

i didn't watch, but maybe someone can tell me how lebron only had 16 pts. i'll have to look and see if mj was ever shut down like that.

was he going off the dribble all the time? probably. obviously his limited offensive repertoire is still capable of hurting his team.

i know. i'll have to watch the series now. figured it would be a blowout when mike miller head-faked and waltzed down the lane.

eyetest failed on that one. needed a little bigger sample.

every indication is that 1998 utah is easily better than this spurs team though. hard to see them sweeping that 98' laker team like the jazz did, and spurs offensive efficiency stats are distinctly inferior to the 98' jazz.

perhaps neither the spurs nor the heat are all-time caliber teams? we'll see. whoever loses isn't, that's for sure.
