Honestly, VCU should've beaten them by way more. Kansas was missing all of their 3 pointers and VCU hit a ton of them. If Kansas could've even remotely shot well, they could've won that game.

Self blew it. FOUL up 3. Don't let that guy even attempt a 3. He should have told his other guard if we miss the FT I want you to foul Burke with 5-6 seconds left. Force them to make a decision with no TOs and if they choose to miss the 2nd FT we have the decided size advantage to get the rebound. Awful coaching job by Bill Self.

Agreed, it's inexcusable not to foul. Even worse than when they don't do it in the NBA since you can't advance the ball in college.

Just read the Harvard paper claiming the difference in insignificant, so I see there is scholarship the other way, but it doesn't pass the smell test, and I defer to Haralabos in all such matters anyways.
