Because half time speeches is why teams come out and play better right? He probably messaged his adjustments down to the locker room like an OC does to his assistant. Maybe its the OC's faults in all the games they don't go down to the box!! Instead of looking at pictures of the formations and why it wasn't working he should be pumping up his players. OMG, We have stumbled on why teams have failed. Revamp the whole system.

I guess the whole point of the post went right over your head. It wasnt about adjustments since there was no way in hell they were gonna beat USC...the point was you should be decent enough to go address the team during the seniors last halftime.

In my years of involvement of football I think You can put the total words I've heard a head coach in an a halftime address to the whole team to under 5,000 words. The entire halftime is the defense in one room, the offense in another room looking at blackboards or white boards or whatever they got, going over adjustments and discussing issues. The HC is either in with the unit he coaches or is just discussing adjustments. This "address" you talk about is LOL and does not happen.

Wow bro. Yet again just so far over your head. The address im talking about isnt like "Seniors its been fun coaching u i love u yada yada" its just the fact that hes down there with them and is visible during this time. Pretty unreal how you jus dont get it....

Explain this please and tell me how it makes a difference. I want to know so when I'm a HC that I know the deal. Now I don't plan on being in a box and not in the locker room but still. Anything to help my future.
