Fun fact: Västerås SK want 20% of Lindelöfs potential transfer fee, which means they would become Swedens 2nd richest club if he goes to Man U for the reported fee. They are currently in the 3rd division

Semedo still makes a lot of mistakes, mostly losing possession when he shouldn't, or having a bad approach to a tackle. But he's insanely fast, and doesn't back down from wingers, he's very hardly beaten by a dribble. His biggest strength is his offensive ability though, I'm sure there are nice highlights on youtube.

45€M does seem like a lot of money, but it's hard to judge the market on young CB's these days, he's (imho) much better than every other CB currently playing for Man Utd though

I think people are underrating our CBs. Smalling started for England when fit. Ditto Rojo with Argentina and Bailly looks like a top player so far. He's better than all them easily at his age from nowhere when Middlesborough were going to sign him for £3m a year ago?

Player knows the manager is going to leave so I'm thinking player leaves first.

Few days ago it was 24m to Everton, yesterday it was 18m to WBA, now it's 13m to WBA. He'll be joining Sunderland on a free transfer by Jan 1.

Thought he was going to be a very good signing for us when it happened. Hasn't shown a whole lot though. As long as Fellaini goes too and we get a replacement CM he won't be missed.

Edit: Mourinho has confirmed Schneiderlin has asked to leave. Hope Everton come in for him, can't wish Pulis on the poor guy.

Considering City have spent a few hundred million on **** CB's I'd say getting Virgil at whatever price will look like a bargain after a short while.

Still pissed they didn't buy direct from us at 2x the price Southampton paid, he was worth it.

Schneiderlin is a great buy for many teams. He just never got a chance with us. £20m would be a great option for a team like Everton. Or Southampton could buy him back.
