This german team looks talented but prone to mistakes. I see them going through because lol Cameroon football federation but I think they will struggle in the semi-final against decent sides with more international experience.

I really think our guys played pretty well

Not sure how it would've looked without the Aussie back three but in the first half GER was pretty much toying with them. Conceded a fluke goal, pushed the tempo a bit, five minutes later they were back in front

Second half started the same but then tailed off, maybe Australia did something different as well but imo reason for it was Löw making defensive subs... letting Australia get on the ball when in the first half they couldn't.

Without the two GK howlers this is a comfortable victory and no one is asking any questions
