I'm a kiwi but we have a side in the A league and I follow it pretty closely. Certainly all the younger players like Rogic, Leckie and Mooy were able to serve an apprenticeship of sorts in the A league and then move on to bigger things, abit at a bit older an age than the norm. Kind of a hard comparison to make just yet because the 'golden generation' of Viduka, Kewell, Schwarz, Neill, Cahill etc were just more naturally talented than most of the guys today.
