here is a decent article about Richardson's debut and how well it went.
Tl;dr: he was the most accurate QB inside 10 yards after being basically the worst there in College. Flordia's coaches basically told him "you can't be accurate, so **** it, just chuck it". The Colts seem to be trying to fix that.
