Normal service at VFbäähh has resumed, Luhukay resigned because he couldn't be arsed anymore to deal with their incompetent manager.

Gonna guess that Luhukay will be the new glubb manager by the end of october

Eh, apparently Stanislawski demanded 60k more than Schwartz and that's how it went down. Now obviously everyone across the Glubb fan scene would be happier with Stani (including me). I'm not sure he'd leave his beloved supermarket in Hamburg for this trouble down in the south now lol.
I suspect they'll lose tonight again, and it won't be close. Margreitter out is pretty big atm.
OTOH, Braunschweig and Dresden are probably quite good, one of which we drew by the last minute only and almost won away at, at least. Thought '60 were surprisingly good, too. Not to excuse the shambolic kick and rush performance of Monday though. Let's see.

Bochum - Glubb 3-3 at HT. Crazy match.

Würzburg legit, or is this going to be like Paderborn's bundesliga season?

Kind of regretting that I didn't go, a few hundred Schalker there to support Glubb

Not surprised Stuttgart lost yesterday, they were very lucky to win at Sandhausen two weeks ago.

Werder better show something today.
Is Sandhausen worth the visit? Got a tax refund this week so looking at either HSV or Bayern first week in November, and they seem like the only Sunday game that I could get a ticket for (don't fancy trying the war zone that will be braunschweig/hannover) that would be a new ground.

Maybe Leipzig are at home but **** them

I'd think so. It's a small stadium and you are very close to the pitch.
1860 brought some decent support last season.

You don't really need to get tickets beforehand, there are usually tickets for all stands available. Beer, sausages etc are pretty cheap.

Football most likely won't be pretty.

They are pretty solid with regards to defending, which kind of makes sense given their coach. Kept most of the squad together that earned their spot in the second league. I highly doubt they will be able to keep up the pace throughout the season, though.

As far as the Glubb is concerned, you know that your defense sucks when Mlapa scores twice. Their second team also conceded five today lol.

Me too, just cba today for obvious reasons. But I went for the last two Glubb matches there. Always nice to see Schalker support round here.

You know, for the one goal, a shot gets perfectly deflected right into s/o's chest who then hits the post. That ball bounces back and gets deflected again right into Mlapa's feet for the tap-in. FFS when you run bad, you run bad. Fun game though.

Interested to see how Holtmann goes from now. He was absolutely ripping it for Braunschweig last season imo and is now at Mainz, I just found out. Super pacey player and still quite young.

Leganes seem like an even poorer man's Rayo.

I see Rayo are 16th in Segunda Division, what's going on there?

They were always punching above their weight (i.e. $$$), so given their high variance style, I guess sooner or later they had to have a bad season and went down. Too bad though - wee always fun to watch, despite that random wall behind one of their goals...

Ross County should be good value for small stake bet today at 13/2.
