Germany: 1/4-final - 5 days rest - 1/2-final - 2 days rest - final
Spain: 1/4-final - 3 days rest - 1/2-final - 3 days rest - final
England (hypothetical): 1/4-final - 3 days rest - 1/2-final - 2 days rest - final
And do you think this is reflected in the odds?
Seems to me that Spain and Germany wouldn't suffer that much being in England's place compared to a team with a much thinner squad like Portugal.

Yea I think Spain and Germany cope much better because of the quality in depth and the various options that they feel comfortable with and wouldn't affect their prices in the betting market.
England/Italy are obviously in the 'worse' positions and Italy is quite interesting because a guy like Di Natale needs rest to recover between games. If he started Sunday, I wouldn't expect him to play on the Thursday.
Portugal having the most days off might affect their price in the market and having to most likely face Spain, then Germany to win it, their price of 11/2 seems a bit short.
