They probably will be able to tell what hotel it was from. In addition the odds of it being a hotel employee are very high. It had to be someone who knew she was staying there and had access to adjoining rooms and knew the layouts and such.

They'll probably also look at when she stayed there and who was on staff at the time.

The odds of this dude or dudes telling someone else are very high. I mean if you had naked videos of Erin Andrews would you be like "DUDE YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS?"

Yeah, it appears that these are holes drilled into the walls, not peepholes. There are some from different angles, plus there is no distortion from the glass you get even looking in a peep hole the correct way.

Someone put alot of thought and effort into this.

And like anything else in life, things that take alot of work usually pay off the biggest.
