Here's the relevant legal phrase from the blog:

Hotels have a responsibility to make their premises reasonably safe for their guests. This includes the responsibility to exercise reasonable care to protect the privacy of their guests. As more of the facts are released for public consumption, we will learn if Marriott did what Erin Andrews had a right to expect.

I have a feeling this isn't going to turn out well for the hotel. It seems the industry standard is to never release a guest's room #, even to a spouse.

<-----saw EA in the Mariott bar in Knoxville last Sat. after the AU/TN game with the rest of the crew. She was on her iPhone before she sat down to have a drink. Also, the ESPN crew (except for her) was drinking white wine=gay.

1) I'm not saying a woman my grandmothers age should have perky boobs. Just not a fan of ones that droop down to the knees. Something that I believe EA will have when she gets older.
