Fair point but a change in the collar might work.

yes, we are a minor annoyance. people wish we would go away so that a proper club with supporters and such could replace us

we are the granule of sand that has found its way to an unfortunate area and which cannot be dislodged through conventional means.

Confirmed. Although they won me over in the second half of the season and I really wanted them to escape at the expense of QPR.

I guess for the purpose of the thread I'll check in as a Derby fan but it won't matter much.

United kits are awful.

I think City will win the league.

Re: English Football 2012-2013

We're shaping up to have our strongest squad in 5+ years. Really hoping it can come together.

We had very little depth and cover last season. We could have a bench of Ox, Song, Gervinho, Giroud, Mertesacker, Santos, Ramsey, 2nd choice GK next season. That's not even counting Diaby and Coquelin/Frimmpong.

Giroud and possibly M'Villa aren't done yet, but both appear to be very close and that is 3 signings better then any in the past few years (possibly underrating Arteta though).

Very optimistic Summer so far, but also still a ways to go in clearing out the deadwood (still a lot of it), dealing with RVP (and theo) and finalizing the signings we're after.

I feel absolute indifference towards Wigan. They are simply just there...

Re: English Football 2012-2013

Not even gonna touch predictions til the season starts. Even then its a bit of toss up since so many transfers will occur in the first few weeks.

I think my 1/2/3 are pretty unlikely to change though. Tottenham/Arsenal are impossible to judge right now. RvP staying or going? Modric going out as expected? Who the **** will be our main striker next season? Will we sign a GK younger than 35 now that honest arry is out?
