Well at least it's not as bad as the yellow away kit, but what's up with the pure white area on the chest?

@TehBandit the first kit looks like Benficas and the others are pretty sweet.

Needless to say i'll buy this seasons and get Cantona 7 as or Lewandowski if he comes.

Re: English Football 2012-2013

The blank spot on the newc kit is obviously for sponsor

Chelsea home/gk shirts are class. 3rd looks like a black shirt with random paint smears.

agree that RVP will not score as many since he will have to compete with Aguero/balo/possibly tevez for goals/playing time.

t3hbandit - Those Utd alternatives are all miles better than the ones they've chosen.

Chelsea have won the kit war imo, those first 3 look very good.

It's pretty close. At least none of them are quite as bad as the purple away kit from '97. Just baffles me that they can't manage a decent home kit, how hard can it be? The plum away kit isn't too bad though

One thing is certain about new kits and that is fans can actually design better in 10 minutes using photoshop, yet they get paid nothing.

I really don't see what's hard about having a plain design(maybe a stripe, names of season ticket holders or stadium loosely in the background.), badge in the centre or left hand side - for the heart. Makers right hand side. Sponsors centre middle.

Then what do you do the next season? And the season after that, and so on.You have to create something that is different enough to make people go out and buy it. It would be interesting to see figures on sales and how design effect them, most fans just want to show they have the newest jersey.

This is a fair point. But then there are people who will just buy the new shirt because it's new, regardless of whether there are changes to the design.

Edit: I wonder how Cardiff shirt sales are going?

I haven't bought a United top in around 7 years. Last year they were sponsored by Vodafone.

Spurs in talks with Laurent Blanc according to SSN.

Last edited by Consty; 06-18-2012 at 01:40 PM. Reason: Preliminary talks and he's one of a number of candidates apparently.
