heh you really want to talk about that again?

I told Ceire it was a scumbag thing to do, which it obviously was and everyone could see it was (well, everyone except for TCS at least). Ceire even acknowledged that himself, but he cared more about posting in a football thread on 2p2 than he did about keeping his word. I didnt really care about it, but I said my piece then and Ive said it again now.

True, tbh I'm not overly concerned by the effects. It's just slightly anomalous that it's every single bloody game. We had to do a lot of travelling this season in the EL too so it won't be completely new to the players (and there's a fair bit of CL experience in the squad)

Re: English Football 2011-2012

Wishful thinking if you believe City are going to get worse, we'll be challenging the whole season. United are going to have to sign quite a few players just to stand still.

City should be heavy favs to keep their top 4 place at a minimum.

Liverpool and Arsenal are going to be involved in a dogfight for 4th imo, maybe Spurs will join the fun.

in the 2010 season thread franchise was going ape**** at cashy over something (forget what exactly). So, franchise was out there making ridiculous posting prop bets with people and he was trying to goad cashy into taking a bet on the other not posting itt for the entire season before spurs won on the danny rose screamer. Ceire took the bet more to just shut up franchise.

Obv franchise won the bet and Ceire held to it basically until several of us asked him back (several times) after franchise left the thread, and seth said that he wasn't going to enforce the bet after a month.

Daca took it upon himself to call out ceire after it was painfully clear that every reg wanted him back because it was a retarded bet. Daca still seems to think that ceire is a scumbag over it even though he barely posts and ceire has always been a stand up dude

That's the closest ye'll get to playing in Europe for at least 12 months.

I think Chelsea could find themselves here as well, but so much of these predictions are going to rest on squad improvements relative to your competitors this transfer window.

Re: English Football 2011-2012

Predictions:
- Heavy trolling of Arsenal by yours truly, safe in the knowledge that I am protected by the warm bosom of lower division football, which nobody gives a **** about.
- Liverpool go well with a lack of Thursday night football. Suarez becomes the most hated player in top-flight football by being simultaneously really good, a massive cheat and a Liverpool player, an ungodly combination.
- Redknapp uses the time honoured method of winding up the plebs in order to get Levy to spend yet more cash. You can tell when this happens when the phrase "you'll have to ask the Chairman" is used an interview.
- Demba Ba's knee spontaneously combusts in home game, covering the Gallowgate End in fragments of ligament.
- Guilt_Trip lays a steamy clod on the bonnet of Big Eck's BMW and becomes a cult hero at Villa Park.
- The bloke that sits behind me at West Ham will have booed his own team before the home game at Cardiff is over.
