so nike comes out and says the reason they took the tapes was because the other player was wearing Adidas. One of the worst explanations I ever thought i would hear out of the James camp. i am not sure who sponsors XU bball (Rbok) but imo its beyond pathetic to take away this kids glory of dunking on james when he is a college player who can't take endorsement money. Just seems soooo wrong to take away this kids glory just to make labron seem more Godlike. I am not sure who fails worse Nike or James. My vote goes to james. I would say i hope Nike pays this kid some money but obv we know they wont since he was wearing Adidas and he is a college athlete. At least the kid will have a nice story to tell his friends, family, future kids, ( o wait but who will believe him). Who knows what kind of indorsements this could have made this kid but no one will prolly ever know bc of nike, team labron. just massively disappointing imo
