FWIW - to the people who wonder why everybody is getting in an uproar state about this vs his leasing racism, it's because it directly revolves around the sport.

It's pretty obvious why there's an uproar and promoted in on the sports scene when he says he doesn't want people at his games vs when he doesn't want them as tenants.

Yes, I agree that both are wrong. But this obviously relates directly to the franchise and not to other business ventures, which is why people on sports forums/media are running with it more compared to the previous ones

Anyone know if the NBA or the other owners can force Donald to sell the team? I can imagine that they will definitely try and pressure him to do it but he probably wont budge.

I know MLB pretty much forced Mccourt to sell the Dodgers after he drove the team towards bankruptcy under a "best interest for the game" clause. Im wondering if the NBA has some sort of similar clause.

Just listened to the tape. It came across to me that he's much more worried about what his ultra rich white wasp friends will think of him than that it actually bothers her to be with them. I am not familiar with the details of Sterling's various lawsuits. Maybe liability was clear cut. In any case, with these questions, there was nothing to debate and no question about intent.

The funniest part to me is that just because the gf took a fan picture with Magic Johnson, he's all of a sudden going to attend basketball games with her & this is something Sterling needs to concern himself with.

Plus it's pretty funny he'd rather she have sex with him than post a picture with him.

It just seems like a plantation atmosphere with Sterling. He doesn't hate black people...he just thinks they're there to work for him & perform for him & for him to admire their physiques, etc, but they ought to know their place & realize they're beneath him & not for publically associating with.

Weird mentality. Hope they find a way to remove him regardless.
