My doctor advised against strenuous physical activity since it can cause me to... die. One of the least favorite things I have ever had to do was give up the game because it's amazing. I still volunteer at the rink and help with Spiels and such but until such time that I have surgery, it's out of my possible range. (Maybe ever after, i hear heart surgery can do a real number on some people)
