i would have gone with a review there also

I would kill for a Langer and Hayden combo right about now.

I really wish our OPENING BATSMEN would realise that its okay to not go 4.5 per over. Heck, to lunch 0/30 for all I care. But stop exposing Michael Clarke and Hussey and Smith to potentially facing a new ball.

I don't mind when players like Clarke get out playing flamboyant shots through point after 60 overs attacking a tiring Anderson or whatever. But in the first session FFS play the ball along the ground.

beat: missed the start
brag: was shipping a donkament (well, 3rd anyway, but still a nice christmas pressie)
variance: aussies still suck at batting

So anyway, I turn on and find that we've already used up our allocation of reviews. How the hell did that happen?

More importantly, why the hell have we picked Bresnan? FFS if you don't like Finn then pick Shahzad? Sometimes I really don't understand England's selectors at all.

Looks like it's all on Hussey once again.

Man, I really wish I was there again, would be so epic. When I went, last time, it was so bloody cold; the temperature barely got above 50º and I had to go buy a coat

Oh and

Spoiler:
LOL Ponting

Watching Raging Bull aorn. Will get onto this after lunch. Any chance Hussey won't still be batting then?

Virtually zero

In fact, you could probably fit in Cleopatra in afterwards...

I wonder what price you could get for Hussey to be the N.O batsmen after this innings, or one of when we declare on 600... :P

Just looking at the wickets. Really good lines and lengths on all those deliveries.

Rain for the next 4 days, prepared a real shifty wicket at the SCG and flip for the Ashes imo...

There was a time not too long ago when i thought 260 all out was a poor showing. Somehow Aus managed to sink even lower, bringing a whole new meaning to "epic fail."
