the guys a ******, like most australians in general especially perthites. i mean were contributing millions to your tourism economy and all ur ******ed wicketkeeper can do is make a gesture at the english fans who weren't singing anything offensive. all that came from the perthites mouths all days was homophobic slurs on the english and the f word every second word.... nice

obviously going to be a real struggle for this test although the recent precedent at the waca has been for batting to get easier as the match goes on so hopefully england to win chasing down 400 in the last innings.

good to see india getting a bit of a battering

oh yes i almost feel the tiniest bit of sympathy for ponting, i think hes been out twice caught down the legside, once a wonder catch by collingwood and two good deliveries early in adelaide.

andy, were u at the inverity stand end, the end swann and johnson bowled predominatedly from? There were two aussie ***** who spoke barely comprehensible english that was a disgrace and actually ruined my day imo.

Il do a full trip report tomorrow, but im burnt like a sausage and tired after playing an indoor soccer game two players short after the cricket

Damn , haven't seen us getting spanked like this for a decade, brings back memories of all the foreign tours in the 90's

Can't be too bad in the long run though imo, the team needed a wakeup call before the WC.

Missed last night due to heavy drinking. Recorded it, watched it all day some great stuff but very worrying for England. Johnson getting his act together and the loss of Broad exposing a very weak tail.

Good for the series I suppose.

doesn't seem too worrying imo, johnson got absolutely perfect conditions to go for it with the ball, and the freak tail smashed a few runs. The rest of the bowlers looked old, fat and slow.. when Johnson gets less than optimal conditions and his ******ed state of mind goes negative, he will capitulate and normal service will be resumed.

In a way its good if we lose this, the boxing day test is a massive thing in crookstralia, will be good to win the ashes there in front of the biggest crowds

Maybe. Imo one of Engalnds great strengths has been the lower middle order batting and losing Broad is a bigger blow then people realise, not just for his own runs but it allows Bell (who should be at 3 not 6) longer before he has to hit out. An hour of Broad-Bell would have made a huge difference, might not have happened but at least it was possible.

Tremlett probably the perfect bowler for Watson imo. Get him driving at a ball on that dodgy length.

It was only a matter of time before the defeatist culture of English sport showed its ugly head this series. Whilst they may have the stronger side, 20 years of failure and ineptitude is hard to overcome; real chance of an England capitulation this series if England lose big at Perth imo. There definitely seems to be more whinging poms out and about the last couple of days

Another quick question, how come Paul Collingwood is still getting a game. He has to be the most boring, useless untalented cricketer England has had for decades (pretty big statement, there have been some pretty bad ones). Makes Justin Langer looks like Mark Waugh. Is he in the side cause he's a good fielder?

UDRS continues to fail.

England review an lbw shout, Hawkeye shows it hitting leg stump smack in the face, yet it's not out.

The whole stupid f***ing system completely sucks balls. It's so f***ing random that it's a waste of time

Whats interesting is that if the ump had of triggered smith and we challenged that would of been given out. I think it was a pretty bad decision in real time by the ump tbh, Smith just looked out there.

Hello random

You wouldn't know because you're a total noob, but I made the argument against the ******ed UDRS about six months ago itt, during a neutral Test.

That is exactly my point!!!

It's like Schrodinger's quantum decision. Under this system the same incident is both out and not out at the same time, depending on which way the umpire called it first time. Which is just totally idiotic.
