Also, Dhoni is awesome at batting with the tail. I remember watching a ODI about a year ago where India were bang in trouble in a run chase and Dhoni fashioned a century with the last 2 or 3 wickets. One of the best innings I can remember.

So jealous. For so many reasons.

I just got home, it's like 1.15am and it's already several degrees below freezing. Without my beer jacket it would have been too bad. Gonna get colder over the weekend too.

Would be so awesome to be watching cricket in 85º+ conditions

has anyone seen a player more out of their depth at test level than Phil Hughes; the guy seriously cant bat properly.

The new generation of Australian batsmen are just a bunch of flat track bullies who self destruct at the sight of any swing/seam. We are finished as a test nation ... for at least 10 years.

chopchop, I think you're being a little pessimistic. A couple of years to regroup and I'm sure that the innate Aussie attitude and belligerence will start to shine through from somewhere.

Ponting will probably be done after this series but I don't think Clarke is gonna be the captain you need right now though. Probably the next long term Aussie skipper is currently just some random who we don't know yet.
