Copa America Centenario 2016 - Sporting Events and Fantasy Sports

It will be played at venues all over the United States from June 3rd through June 26th.

This is a rare instance where the tournament is played one year after the prior one. CHILE are the reigning champions after their magical run while hosting last year.

damnit, just took a close look and Mexico won't be playing any group stage matches here at Soldier Field. Argentina is playing a match here and USA as well. oh well, theres a very good chance we get a Mexico vs Brazil semifinal here.

This Stubhub thing seems sketchy as ****. It says estimated delivery June 10th. I definitely don't feel good planning a whole trip to go see this game if I'm not going to have the tickets until a few days before the game. WTF.

Yeah, the 2014 USA was a lot better than the 2016 USA. I mean they crushed their last official tournament (Gold Cup)... oh wait. I dont think they are drawing dead but they are favorites to not advance, imo. Unless they somehow improve a lot in these 3 months.

Totally missed the AO sale. Tickets gonna be a bitch for this? Def going to USA-Paraguay, massive group stage game to advance, in Philly.

I'd like to shoot down for Uruguay-Venezuela as well. Premier League striker, WBA's own Solomon Rondon, v. some cannibal who plays in Spain and a weird long haired dude who scores match winners against Chelsea. Depends on the start time of that match though.

And then the inevitable USA-Brazil knockout game should be epic

Yeah pretty tempted to buy that NJ knockout stage game now. If it ends up being USA/Brazil would be able to flip them for pretty nice profit and there's probably not much downside.

Long island. That game was on sale last night on stub hub. Not sure how legit that is. Apparently people can sell tickets they don't have yet. But stubhub guarantees every purchase so whatever.

I was going to get the 3 game pass for Philadelphia that included Chile/Panama and USA/Paraguay but the seats that I could afford weren't great. Instead opted for just getting great seats for Chile/Panama.

Yea I'd imagine those people are buying the venue passes then selling the potential USA game at a markup.

I fully plan on going to USA-Paraguay assuming I can get tickets. Don't know how I totally missed the AO sale that was 3 weeks ago.

And are you doing Uruguay-Venezuela in Philly? That seems like a better game than Chile-Panama (especially if Chile has progression wrapped up by then) and both are weeknights.
