Being by far #1 MMA draw >>>> being any boxer besides Floyd/Pacquaio is my point.
If he went into boxing and was another Danny Garcia, it would still make more sense to go into MMA instead.
Conor, had he trained in boxing his entire life, would be the #1 or #2 draw in boxing in the post-Floyd/Manny world. I have zero hesitation saying that ceteris paribus, Conor makes many times more in boxing what he's made in MMA.

Not sure I agree with the bolded, but yeah, Conor winning is catastrophic for the sport of boxing in general. To watch the (imo) 2nd greatest boxer of the last 15 years get tooled by what is effectively an amateur to the sport says horrible things about the sport in general.
That said, it's not the "end" of boxing, either for my interest of the sport itself. Fighting, in all its forms, will be around until it's made illegal. It's just too damn fun.
If CM does win somehow that isn't bizarre (i.e .Floyd tears his ACL throwing his first punch and then breaks both arms), it definitely will change the way the sport is trained, from amateurs like me to the pros of tomorrow. Or, to put it another way, dey'll start to move like like 'e moves.
