Les's problem is often getting his super talented FR and SO players to hang around until their JR and SR years.

The rest of the college football world can assume their natural positions. Michigan officially back on top.

That and recruiting serviceable QBs

BAMA got Mack!

Currently #1 class again

Ahead of lsu?

Rivals has LSU down to 6, FSU-Bama 1,2

Oh interesting
02-03-2016 , 03:26 PM
Rivals has Charles Baldwin as a 5*, 247 has him 4* but Bama's ranking on 247 is higher than on Rivals somehow
02-03-2016 , 03:28 PM
Scout still has tOSU at #1

Rivals, Scout, 247 all Bama and I don't see how anyone can catch up now

ESPN wants to be different and has LSU #1

Auburn getting Brown is huge and should move them into top 10
02-03-2016 , 04:15 PM
Auburn just got 5 star DT Derrick Brown. The no. 1 player out of GA. #9 overall player in the nation.
02-03-2016 , 04:25 PM
cue the constant murmurs about UGA not being able to keep home-grown talent
02-03-2016 , 04:29 PM
Duke's top 3 recruits this year are all out of Georgia too.
02-03-2016 , 04:35 PM
UGA gonna end up with top 7 class with Kirby only there for a month; good start to his regime
02-03-2016 , 05:41 PM
Yea, but they couldnt close on a few big targets as well. Losing Brown really hurts. And EJ Price going to USCw was totally random.

Robertson still in play tho. And next class should be monstrous
02-03-2016 , 06:02 PM
Yeah UGA fans gotta be pretty happy

Pretty nice what Harbaugh has done in his first full crootin cycle. Pulled the top 2 kids out of Michigan and poached from some areas Michigan hasn't poached from in a long time. Obv Gary was the icing on the cake

NH.

Although we plucked the #1 player out of Michigan.

depends whose rankings you look at, of course

nice player, but he's got more stars next to his name than he does games played over the last two years so we shall see with him

The Auburn staff did a helluva job closing on a top 10 class. It's like losing Muschamp and T-Rob never happened, which is unbelievable.

Pat Haden stepping down at USC.

After this recruiting season I would think the Big Ten East will rival the SEC West in a year or two - top to bottom. I realize the bottom feeders - Indiana, Maryland, Penn State and Rutgers - will have to show up soon to do that, but they can't be worse than they are now.
02-08-2016 , 08:45 PM
What leads you to say that when SECW had better classes than Big 10 East?

Your top 3 are 4,5,19

SECW has 4 top 9 classes and a 5th that is 18

So 5/7 better than 3rd best B1GE

Lowest SECW is 31 while B1GE has 42, 55, 75 for bottom 3

Source: 247 composite

SECW team rankings: 1,3,6,9,18,25,31
B1GE team rankings: 4,5,19,22,42,55,75
02-08-2016 , 08:50 PM
The top 3 could certainly be neck and neck but I can't ever see Rutgers, Maryland and Indiana rivaling 5-7 SECw in any given year.
