Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
besides the fact like I have a mancrush on Andre, I'd rather have Reggie, Randy and Fitz before the thought of Brandon Marshall even crossed my mind.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
Cowherd is having meatloaf for lunch and says "its amazing" and then he did a sound-byte of "Hey Mahhh, where's the meatloaf!!! we want it now!!! " by Will Ferrell from Wedding Crashers.
This is why i watch the show, not to hear sports analysis.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
I can't believe people actually enjoy SN. Maybe I caught it on a bad night, it was on in the background a few weeks ago and it was pure drivel. They actually had a poll question along the lines of "should the NFL lift the blackout for home games?" I mean seriously, how the **** do you think the average Joe is gonna vote in that. No? Naturally it came back like 88% - 12%, and all I can think of is that the 12% were NFL execs mashing on keyboards.
Also, that chick that everyone keeps mentioning, I'm not feeling it. She's decent enough looking but not great. It's probably a classic case of a chick getting a couple of extra points on the hotness scale because she talks about sports and isn't completely retarded about it. Sort of the same premise that exists with poker. Maria Ho may be ogled in a cardroom but drop her in the middle of a group of sorostitutes at ASU and she'd probably be the ugliest one. By far.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
She's like the epitome of "girl next door". She's not really hot, but she's definitely cute. And she's fun, and talks sports and isn't retarded. This is a big turn-on for a lot of guys, myself included.
She reminds many of us of our glory days, when we would kick a homerun in kickball, and stick our chest out in 2nd grade. Maybe if we grew up in a Catholic school, we might later sink down in our chair and stare across at her panties, up her skirt. Maybe we get caught....maybe we like that we got caught...

LOL.
Though not a radio show, the only "sports" programming I listen to is the BS Report. Simmons says lots of silly stuff, but he has good guests and generally does a good job of making them feel comfortable and letting them talk. The informality of the show allows them to talk about things that wouldn't come up in other media outlets.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
A double shot of Cowherd and Trent Dilfer today saying Bellichick was wrong.
It sounded like some football website sent Cowherd the winning probabilities for both scenarios, and cowherd replied with a terrible analogy.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
Cowherd's opening monologue: "There is no defense for that call"... said while he's holding a statistical analysis in his hand showing the call looks to be the right call.
I turned it off and reminded myself why I hate listening to sports radio on the way in.

Re: Colin Cowherd Appreciation Thread
This morning was irrefutable audio evidence of confirmed idiocy. The segment with Dilfer was painful. Two of the most aggressively ignorant and just plain wrong people on the planet jerking each other off.
