nah, I'm just changing the outcome of one game and it didn't/wouldn't have any gambling related consequence to me.

SECCG, beat Alabama. Move on to play Notre Dame.

I'll take my chances there.

Bungles over niners in 88. No one remembers Montana nailing the db in the chest in what would have clinched it. T was worse than the asante Samuel botch.

Watching that 2000 game killed me, the douchebag Lakers celebrating, POR imploding, that rapist winning. I was hoping for a Blazer championship in my lifetime; I need to live quite a bit longer.

My game would have to be either of their opportunities to dispatch the Lakers and advance, all those years later, when they had Webber, Bibby, Divac, Stojakovic, Pollard and whoever else

Reckon I'd go with either bartman or 2010 NFC title game (EVERYONE KNEW TODD COLLINS WAS DONE BUT YOU LOVIE WHYYYYYYY)

yep, sb wouldn't be my choice, rex grossman/lovie smith super bowl champion seems inexplicably more wrong than peyton manning.

I was going to say g6 of the '02 WS, but if they'd've won, the Giants would have 1 WS instead of 3 and Dusty would still be the manager, so I'm going to say the '91 NFC Title game. Decent chance the Niners go on to 3-peat if Craig doesn't fumble.

Tom Watson holing that putt on 18 to win The Open at Turnberry in 2009. Legit may have been the most amazing story ever in sports.

Tom Watson..

After that, Maybe Iron Mike and Buster Douglas.

Also might have been interesting if Bob Tway and Larry Mize didn't get lucky against Greg Norman, what kind of career he might have had.

I asked my dad this same question, his second answer was Tony Conigliaro getting hit by the ball, which I thought was clever, but changes the nature of the question.

1986 ALCS Game 5

Angels v Red Sox - Dave Henderson hits a 9th inning home run on two strikes with two outs to tie the game and Red Sox go on to win the game and the series. Angles were up 3 games to 1.

I grew up loving baseball and used to follow it religiously. This game killed that for me and I really haven't followed baseball near as much since. Yes, I catch games from time to time but I no longer have any emotional investment in it.

Also, if the Angles win then we don't have the Buckner error as a result plus Donnie Moore doesn't go into depression and eventually commit suicide.

Hell, it didn't even matter to me if the Angels won the WS or not. At that point it was just about getting there. Took the joy out of baseball for me.

would choose: McNabb doesn't puke up his chunky soup in SB 39 and pulls it out vs soft-balls bardy

but would gladly take this:
