Re: Baseball Dream...
Considering you've never played, are you sure you even have the skills to catch the ball when it comes back from the catcher? Can you field ground balls and line drives that can come back harder than you threw it?
Join a softball league, learn the basics of the game. If you have fun, then maybe think about playing more seriously with the intent of playing in an adult league someday - specifically, over-30.

I can catch the freakin' ball. I was out today and had a guy throwing 70MPH fastballs at me and was catching them easily. C'mon, it's not that hard to play baseball.

Not nearly good enough, since I don't have anyone guiding me.
Every other day, I'll get on the exercise bike and ride 10.5 miles in 30 minutes, then I'll job a mile in 8 minutes. After that, leg lifts, and weight work to build leg and arm strength.

HOnestly, I never even told the guy I'm working out with now that I have no baseball experience, and he's never questioned me on it after seeing me on the field.

I'm sorry, baseball is hard to play at a competitive level, especially pitching.
'if it wasn't hard everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it great.' Not sure if I got that line right.
I'm honestly surprised your trainer couldn't tell you've never played before. In my experience it's easy to tell a person's baseball experience just by how they throw.
