Didn't realize they had these. They all sound weird. I know it's famous people but I think the pages should still be called "List of Famous Puerto Ricans". Might as well have a page called "List of People Who Died" or something. It sounds like a page some rando makes on IMDB.

Thought bubble: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to commit easily-traceable murder and remove all doubt. Oh wait - damn!"

There are approximately 3.7 million American women tonight thinking "He's cute. I think I can fix him."

Read that 28 NFL players have been arrested since the Super Bowl this off-season. I wonder if that is a record.

SB was in NOLA, hard to believe we didn't hit that number during the night immediately after.

3 lawyers were part of his defense during the arraignment. Michael Fee I believe is lead counsel. None of the lawyers are a joke. He has a fighting chance at least to beat the murder charge. Not going to be easy but better than no chance considering most people can't afford a good lawyer. He also can afford to pay the lawyers to get the most sympathetic jury to his case.

The prosecution's extremely detailed timeline contains exchanges and information that could not have been picked up by any surveillance camera, so it seems likely that someone involved in the incident has spoken to police. (There is a sworn affidavit, but both the defense and the prosecution have agreed that it should be sealed.)
Not looking good for Hernandez =/

After reading that timeline by the Prosecution it does not look good. The surveillance cameras that showed the Altima going into the industrial park is probably the thing that does him in. I thought he could beat it but now not so sure. I guess the equivalent in football would be a hail Mary with one second and on your own 1 yard line. Down by 6 and up against the number 1 defense.

If the lawyers can prove it was not premeditated than the jury should vote not guilty. That is probably the only way he beats 1st degree murder. He would be able to escape and there is no 2nd degree murder charge there so that would not be an option for the jury. Not sure on the firearm charge.

Perhaps you haven't met the Prosecutor, Rahim Moore Esq.

I don't profess any expertise in criminal law but on a scale of 1-totally screwed, Hernandez looks like a solid 9. It's really going to take some serious errors on the part of the cops and prosecution to **** this up, at least if the reports so far are generally true. Maybe he'll get a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter with a good attorney but I don't know. Sure seems like a lot of evidence and there are people that can roll on him too.

This one is going to be interesting. I feel an additional charge in the arena of jury tampering, intimidating a witness, solicitation to murder a witness should be even money. As dumb as he's been, I see him as the guy on tape telling one of his boys to kill x, or threaten x witness family. Still has too much money and too many friends on the street to not attempt something else that will prove poorly executed, but highly entertaining.

I don't get it - why are there no 2nd degree murder & obstruction of justice charges? I can kinda see why no murder 2 (so that jury doesn't pussy out and take the lesser charge), but obstruction of justice seems like 100% given.
