My original point stands, video exists of AH and 2 others walking into the home without their 4th friend who was at the bar with them. He was found dead a few blocks away.

Again, what evidence is there to suggest AH isn't as involved in the murder as these nameless friends?

I was under the assumption the shots were in the neighborhood not the home specifically.

Doesn't make much sense for AH and two others to return home after shots are fired in AH home. The way it was reported made me think of shots fired close to home, AH and two others return home shortly after. Body of 4th person who was with them earlier found shot within mile of AH'd home.

Unless he was killed in the home and then the body dumped

The rental car being linked to him really means nothing. In fact, I would go so far as to say it's actually good that such a link nhas been made yet nothing more than Obstruction of Justice is being charged. From what I understand, he actually had 4 rentals out at the time and one still has not been accounted for.

I think that right now they are charging him with what they can in hopes that he will start talking.
