They then pressured me into destroying my home surveillance to which I said why? And, they said just do it because we don't want you caught up in this, and destroy your phone too. So I did it. I had already planned on having my house cleaned because it needed it. Can I go now?"
I wanted to laugh you out of the room for that last part (the cops WILL interview the cleaning crew, and ask them what sort--and how bloody--of mess they cleaned, and cleaning crews don't enjoy "privileged" info with their clients like doctors and lawyers do), but I can't, because incredible as it may be, it has happened before:

(If you're not interested in reliving OJ Simpson's interview with Detectives Lange and Vannatter, where he does an even worse job of explaining his fresh injury and the trail of blood he left, yet amazingly the cops let him walk out of the building, skip the spoiler box.)

Spoiler:
Vannatter: How did you get the injury on your hand?

Simpson: I don't know. (How does a grown-up sustain a DEEP CUT, TO THE BONE, and not know how it happened?) The first time, when I was in Chicago and all, but at the house I was just running around.

Vannatter: How did you do it in Chicago?

Simpson: I broke a glass. One of you guys had just called me, and I was in the bathroom, and I just kind of went bonkers for a little bit.

Lange: Is that how you cut it?

Simpson: Mmm, it was cut before, but I think I just opened it again, I'm not sure.

Lange: Do you recall bleeding at all in your truck, in the Bronco?

Simpson: I recall bleeding at my house and then I went to the Bronco. The last thing I did before I left, when I was rushing, was went and got my phone out of the Bronco.

***

Lange: So do you recall bleeding at all?

Simpson: Yeah, I mean, I knew I was bleeding, but it was no big deal. I bleed all the time. I play golf and stuff, so there's always something, nicks and stuff here and there. I bleed all the time? I play golf and stuff???

***

Vannatter: OJ, we've got sort of a problem.

Simpson: Mmm hmm.

Vannatter: We've got some blood on and in your car, we've got some blood at your house, and sort of a problem.

Simpson: Well, take my blood test.

Lange: Well, we'd like to do that. We've got, of course, the cut on your finger that you aren't real clear on.

***

Lange: Well, there's blood at your house in the driveway, and we've got a search warrant, and we're going to go get the blood. We found some in your house. Is that your blood that's there?

Simpson: If it's dripped, it's what I dripped running around trying to leave.

Lange: Last night?

Simpson: Yeah, and I wasn't aware that it was...I was aware that I... You know, I was trying to get out of the house. I didn't even pay any attention to it, I saw it when I was in the kitchen, and I grabbed a napkin or something, and that was it. I didn't think about it after that.

***

Lange: We're ready to terminate this at 14:07.

They all get out of the car, the people they agreed to meet pull guns out, threaten Lloyd if AH doesn't give them the money. They keep saying we are gonna kill him if they don't hand it over, AH and his boys try to reason with the gunman, and bang he shoots Lloyd dead. AH and his boys hightail it out of there on foot, and run back to his house. What can they do call the cops? Hernandez says we can't call the cops, lets just let the cops find the body and it will probably go unsolved. Don't worry we didnt do anything. Destroys the cell because he doesn't want to be connected for drug texts.

No, it doesn't. It doesn't even pass the smell test, let alone the standard of "The most obvious explanation is usually correct." With no evidence of these phantom drug dealing killers having ever existed, and all the evidence pointing to AH and his boys, the Drug Dealing Killers theory cannot be considered "the most obvious explanation."

Bingo. You guys need to stop confusing "non-zero chance" with "reasonable doubt". If you need to stretch THAT far to come up with a scenario where an innocent person would behave that way--and if there's NO OTHER EVIDENCE to support your scenario, but piles of evidence suggesting that it's not what happened--then you're not being reasonable.

I picture Brady just chilling at his LA mansion and flipping through the channels until he comes across this story: "Oh, you've gotta be ****ing kidding me"... assume remotes were thrown

Did I hear right that he showed up at practice facility yesterday or today and was asked to leave?

I hope Hernandez at least gets to go to the funeral. This guy was his gf's sister's bf. He's likely grieving right now and probably is going to be a pall bearer. Maybe read some scripture. But no he's gotta deal with this media circus and police scrutiny. Ridiculous.

there may have been video of drug activity in his security cameras. I would think an upscale house would be a great place to cut up some drugs. Obstruction of justice may be a fraction of the time you can get with serious weight.

They showed him going in and said nobody was at the facility so they didn't understand why he went. Probably destroyed stuff in his locker.

If i had the kinda money AH has i would probly have a cleaning crew come around once a week and Monday would be the day i would prob choose, give the house a nice cleaning after a crazy weekend of partying and in AH's case drug use and murdering.

Fwiw there was these tweets

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 12h
Aaron Hernandez was asked to leave Gillette yesterday because, among other reasons, team officials were wary of the media circus arriving

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 12h
There were events at Gillette -- including 1 involving Gov. Patrick -- and they felt Hernandez shouldn't be present (as @RonBorges reported)

He was in the facility for a minimum of a half hour based on the helicopter search... no coaches - what was he doing during that time?

The state Gov was at the facility? lol can't be real... maybe some face-to-face realtalk#?

That's the part that doesn't make sense to me. If his friends executed him why would they not destroy the body yet destroy home surveillance and cell phone?

A planned execution would include disposal of the body imo. That leaves an unplanned shot in the back of the head by either his short fuse friends, or drug deal gone bad as stated. I can't imagine Hernandez executing him and not wanting to get rid of the body, yet wanting to get rid of home surveillance and cell phone.

I think it's much more likely that A-Hern destroyed the home security footage and cell phone out of panic trying to cut ties from the situation and conceal drug involvement. Obviously, a bad move in retrospect.

One of my friends lives on his street and he thinks the police have nothing and all of this is going to blow over in a month.

I don't agree with that at all, but apparently several of AH's neighbors think his lawyers have total control of this and are guessing that the murder weapon and motive will never be uncovered. They also think he is going to play in the NFL this year close to 100%. Pretty sure this even includes a neighbor who claims to have heard gunshots that night.

Well, turns out, when you're near someone for extended periods of time, you are less likely to believe they are incapable of "inhuman" acts

Because of the whole being human thing

LOL, these threads bring out some real idiots who can't read.

They think he is definitely 100% a part of what happened and guilty on multiple fronts for things from destroying evidence ranging to the murder.

What I wrote, was they think he is going to get away with it because his lawyers were a part of the ordeal since d1 and because of the fact the police have yet to charge him with a major crime.

Pretty good background on Hernandez. The odds of him being the shooter aren't that bad.

Even if he's not in trouble legally, I expect him to get suspended 4-16 games this year, potentially longer.

I think they teased the obstruction of justice charge today maybe because they have a few phones they are listening in to. Maybe it is something as simple as Hernandez's moms home phone, but there is definitely a reason they floated that today.

AH's lawyers are trying to play the same game, telling the media this is a weed deal gone bad. That is the most LOL thing ever, pretty much equal to " 'insert illegal thing here' gone bad".

The murder weapon is probably long gone, the motive is probably reliant on testimony they will never get in court, and the forensic evidence has some great circumstantial components, but there is not a preponderance of evidence, and there will never be.
