It was a class-action lawsuit in which the plaintiffs were everybody.

Apparently, AHern's football monies aren't enough to pay for his attorneys.

Like, at what point do you just accept your fate? With this many charges, you're going away for a long, long time 99% here, and $10M can buy a lot of commissary/pay for more murders from behind bars. Gotta think long term here imo

May as well spend it all on lawyers trying to avoid life in prison because anything the defense lawyers don't get will go to the families of the victims and their lawyers.

If AHern doesn't want the families getting that money, I think we both know how he'll put a stop to that

According to Lester Munson today, there were no words exchanged between the parties. The other guys didn't even know there was an issue. I didn't make much of that Rolling Stone article last year about being a severe pcp addict with paranoia, but it seems to be the most logical explanation at this point. I assumed it was put out by his defense and boys to hope to mitigate a bit, but this dude was insane on another level. Video of him pacing outside club with his friend unable to calm him, wtf?

I'd like to think he figured out a way to hide a couple thousand here and there.

I can get on corrlinks and send my buddy money anytime I want via western union on my laptop without ever leaving my house.

I wouldn't necessarily want to be sending a ton of money to aaron hernandez right now, but obviously he'd have some friends who wouldn't give a ****. hell I suppose some people wouldn't send money to someone locked up no matter what crime they were in for bc they didn't want to be linked to them..

That will buy a ton of wam wams and zoom zooms. Even if you throw in a couple of hits. Gotta be a better investment than expensive lawyers under these circumstances.

You just know some Pats fan is putting together the AH Kickstarter as we speak. The link would be some weird honor.

Have we ever seen an online fundraiser to get money to bail somebody out of jail? Would KS even allow that?

Don't see why not - innocent until proven guilty.

He's obviously profoundly dumb but I'm with the PCP thing.

I prefer a world where this level of psycho only exists in movies.

One of the incidents involved Lloyd seeing guns and ammunition stored at Hernandez' so-called flop house, his apartment in Franklin, Massachusetts. The other thing that set off Hernandez was a conversation Lloyd had with two men at a club earlier that night, June 14, 2013, a source tells CNN.

The cumulative effect apparently reached a breaking point for reasons that most people would find inconsequential. The source would not say what that was, but compared it to something as insignificant as a spilled drink that allegedly led to the 2012 Boston double murder of Safiro Furtado and Daniel Abreu, a separate case in which Hernandez has also pleaded not guilty.
Quote:
His lawyers this week filed a motion asking a court to authorize a subpoena demanding Hernandez's work and medical records from the New England Patriots, including records that "may bear upon (Hernandez') mental state at the time ... of Lloyd's murder."

Legal experts say the motion indicates the defense may be leaning toward arguing Hernandez suffers from diminished capacity, a legal term for someone who is less responsible for committing a crime because it's harder for them to know the difference between right and wrong.

maaan, I've always wanted a flop house.

I have a recurring dream where I still have my first apartment in college and go up there to chill and no one else knows I have it.

need to get me a flop house

I have that recurring dream, too. I go back to my old apartment and all my stuff is there and all my roommate's stuff is there but he's not there. I just kinda walk around and look at stuff and wonder wtf is going on. Or I'll find a giant hole in the ceiling and be worried, wondering how long it's been there.

Not trying to get labeled some type of BB apologist, but 33 pages of texts is possibly not a lot at all depending on the formatting.

If it is something like this:

It could be like 5 total convos.
