Sort of helps explain how brazen this murder was if he has already gotten away with murder

Carruth was found Not Guilty of first degree murder and Guilty of conspiracy to commit murder. it's a much different and lesser charge. he got 18-24 years, whereas his worst case scenario was the death penalty

the driver of the car pled guilty to second degree murder and got 12 years, the shooter got 40 years

I think it's why "who did what" is going to be so important here, and you're going to have 3 dirtbags and the jury is going to have to decide who is telling the truth when none of them are people you can trust. also in the Carruth case you had the wife describing what went on in the 911 call.

Speculation now from officials that Lloyd knew about the first double murder and AH thought he had/was going to talk.

Hernandez seems to rate poorly all-around at covering up murders. If you're committing a murder to cover up a double murder, it's pretty important to expend more mental energy than "none whatsoever" in covering up the cover-up murder.

#iatethebones and gifpost both A+.

That makes a lot more sense than "I don't like those guys you were talking to".

How deep does the rabbit hole go?

The double murder was to cover up his role in Princess Diana's death.

People instantly think it is a lock. Witnesses can be discredited. Especially if the prosecution charges anyone of his associates and give them a deal to testify vs Hernandez. A good lawyer does amazing things. Not saying they can work miracles but any mistake by the cops will be jumped at by the defense.

People think this guy is going to get raped in prison. That is not going to happen when you have gang ties.

Did people really think it was just over Lloyd just making normal person talk to people AHern didn't like? Seemed pretty clear that he thought Lloyd was talking about stuff he shouldn't be to people he shouldn't be.

Yeah I think it was less "My GF says AH has a small ****" and much more "Yo, that dude has killed people"

The double homocide happened middle of July, this killing happened middle of Jun. Seems like Hernandez gets bloodthirsty between OTA's and Training Camp.

Possible that the victim's girlfriend told him about the murdering without explaining 'and STFU about it or he will kill you too,' and he just didn't get the gravity of the situation? Just seems super weird that the dude would go around yapping about AH being a murderer knowing that he is a murderer.

If his so called associates were smart they would not say anything. If they do say anything in court, I would not be surprised if years later they are found dead. Only speculating but I don't think you get a tattoo on your hand that also happens to be a name of a very powerful gang and in that gang's colors.
