I assumed it was due to his affinity for cherry cola.

Damn, even when writing that note, he couldn't take responsibility. "This was the supremes, the almightys plan, not mine!"

Yea, sure bud. Jesus was so outraged someone spilled a drink on you he told you to execute them. Then he told you to execute the guy that knew about it.

It must be easy going through life doing whatever the **** you want and if you kill someone or commit a crime you can just chalk it up to "It's the Almighty's plan; nothing I can do!"

Was Hernandez blaming just the Supremes or Diana Ross too?

the word that seems out of place in that note is "indirectly"

The "YOU'RE RICH" at the end pretty much tells us why he did it.
Confirmed murder. No way AHern knows how to write this coherently or listens to Savage Garden.

Some of his other writing came out over the past couple of years and he was actually a very good writer.

Must be a relief for his family that the conviction isn't hanging around his neck anymore.

Yeah. It would not be a stretch to describe it as mortifying.

Well, if we needed confirmation that he was gay, the Savage Garden shoutout cinched it.

I wonder how I would feel if I was related to those he murdered. On one hand, he's dead. **** him. But on the other hand, he's now innocent on a technicality. Kinda BS if you ask me.

I would be mostly satisfied with the outcome. (It's better to be resolved rather than left hanging.) Unless his being "officially" not guilty resulted in monies being paid to his family and lawyers rather than to a fund for the victims families.

Not that money would make up for the loss of loved ones to them, but the idea of his being able to control that by killing himself would be a huge perversion of justice and feel like a real slap in the face.

This is such a sad story because if they had known this before he died he might have gotten the help he needed and not been imprisoned.
