There probably is some sort of physical issue, and I agree that individual sports are different than team sports. But even so, you are a professional athlete in a Wimbledon final. You need to have enough control over your emotions to put yourself in the best possible position to succeed.

Urgh i would rather see a djokovic or nadal v fed final. They wouldn't breakdown like this. Terrible final so far. Fed by far GOAT after this win. Nadal needs to pick up his play and win some slams soon if he wants any say in all time GOAT. What fed is doing is insane. I honestly don't think we will ever see a player do so well at such an old age in the future. Mcenroe, Borg, etc all went downhill around early 30s, crazy that fed is playing so well at 35.

I guess that's what annoys me. The resiliency and mental toughness of players like Nadal, Federer, and Serena so far exceeds a lot of their competition.
