dude James is very good, but he's not a player of THAT level, a Neymar or Suarez type of player. Plus, it's not even about Ronaldo, even though he is the cherry on the cake, it's about RM having their best squad in history, which is also the youngest ever. Have you actually seen how our squad looks? I don't even care about Bale, we did extremely well without him, I would snap sell him if I could.

Hmmm... By something something rivals you mean giving them our best player when we do not have to? I mean most probably Sanchez will leave and the destination is City cause infinite money but i do not see a problem with charging more for City than say Bayern.

Also I think it would be quite the fan pleasing decision to keep Sanchez but throw a boatload of money for him with some contingencies like 10% more if we win this or that. He would be scoring 25+ this season

If I had to choose one player in the world least likely to be motivated by an extra 10% or any of that BS, it would be Alexis.

Certianly wouldn't blame him for pushing for that kind of money, but he seems more likely to want guarantees about strengthening our squad to me. Dude literally does nothing in his free time except hang out with his dogs.
