The question isn't about giving a % of chance he goes to Man utd. The question is "on a scale from 1 to 10 (where 10 means a done deal) how likely are you to joining man utd? ". that's not saying 60% chance

We've supposed to have offered near £7m for Roberts with huge 25% sell on clause.

If someone at Celtic has sanctioned this amount then I've no doubt Roberts is worth ~£30m already

and I reckon whoever sanctioned it thinks the same.
