Yes they did it before the tourney started but only after he asked about it. They didn't plan to make it internal oob until after he asked and they discussed it. His asking prompted that. If he hadn't asked it wouldn't be oob. My question is why he asked when it was clearly not illegal at the time of his asking?

Better question is who'll complete the set first? Assuming Speith holds, they'll both require 1 more win. Rory Masters, Speith the PGA.

Rory has 4 top 10 finishes in a row at Augusta.

Speith finished runner up that year he won 2 and finished top 5 at the open.

Should be very interesting.
