i can run table ninja and xpadder together and it works perfectly. when i run HEM xpadder just stops working.
anyone know what's up?

as soon as i click start auto import xpadder stops working working with table ninja

ran hem as admin and still not working (always have hem on admin)

run xpadder as admin

xpadder is always on when i log in. when i 'x' it it just minimizes it and does not actually close. so how do i close it (such a technotard i know)

If it has a tray icon you can probably right-click and exit, but you want to set it so it always runs as admin regardless of how it is launched.


Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Do the same for the xpadder .exe file(s) and AutoHotKey.exe if xpadder requires it.

thanks fozzy. i did all of that. sorry i'm such a technotard and i need more assistance with doing the same with xpadder. i can't find the 'xpadder.exe' file in 'C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager'. can you please give a step by step process to finding it. sorry again for being a noob with this sort of thing.

I can't give specifics as I have never used the software. It is likely in the same \Program Files (x86) folder that \RVG Software was in. If you can't find it you can try to check the right-click the 'shortcut to xpadder' > properties > shortcut tab > start in: path.

I am not sure what to suggest at this point. I have never used XPadder but I am sure that some of our customers use it without issue.

Did you make sure to set HMImport.exe to Run as Admin and add it to your firewall/security exceptions?


Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with holdem manager.


Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
