Does Hjalper work on sites other than pokerstars as I'm playing on iPoker?

Sorry, it only works with PokerStars.

I bought an xbox 360 wireless controller for windows today. The plan is to use it with table ninja on pokerstars to improve my multi-tabling efficiency.



I installed the driver for the controller. That all went fine.

I set it up to work with Xpadder. That all went fine. If I press buttons on my xbox controller while in word or doing a google search... they come up as if I had been pressing the corresponding keys on my keyboard. All good so far.



When I try to use the controller in Pokerstars (with table ninja turned off) however, nothing happens. If I press my controller buttons while the chat box is selected... nothing. Same with the bet sizing box.

When I try to use Table Ninja, things get a little weird again. The hotkeys for bet, call, fold etc do not work at all... but the hotkey for "show lobby" works when the pokerstars is not selected. When a pokerstars table is in the foreground... even the "show lobby" btn on my controller doesn't work.



I don't get it?

Why is my controller not working with pokerstars / table ninja?

Any thoughts / suggestions?

I fixed it...

Had to change my User Account Control (uac) settings.

I set up my Xpadder and Tableninja but when I play the games tableninja doesnt recognize the xpadder and it just works stand alone, can someone help? I am running both as admin....

hey guys i know alot of the questions i am asking have been answered in this thread, but i'm hoping to get away with installing the least number of programs possible since i am stuck on a VERY old desktop with poor performance(and it already has issues).

i already have an xbox 360 controller(wired) that is ready to be plugged into a USB port...no adapter necessary.

i am trying to set it up to work and completely replace both my mouse and my keys for playing just a few tables on pokerstars....maybe 6 or 8 tables maximum so maybe i dont even need things like table ninja(i havent had to use them yet)...

what would be the easiest and least taxing way of setting up this controller to play on pokerstars for my situation described above?

So I bought and xbox controller and set it all up with Xpadder (10$) and TN. Everything worked so good after set up. Played a bunch and went to bed.

Got up today - still excited as hell from yesterday - and turned on the old computer ready to grind some more with my new xbox controller

of course.. today it doesn't work???

When starting xpadder (do I have to, btw?) all the buttons move fine when I press them. I've tried to run with and without PT3 running. I've loaded and reloaded TN. I've loaded and reloaded PS. I've pressed pretty much every damn button there is - but somehow I feel it's probably something I'm missing here... TN works like a charm on the keyboard...

I've also unplugged/ plugged the controller in and out of the computer.

Ideas?

i can't get the analog stick to act as a mouse... all the buttons work fine...

it responds in the program... all the tests.. the arrows light up when i move the stick...

the cursor however never moves....

any ideas?

Can I play poker using an xbox pad with just xpadder? Seems so many people are having troubles with hjalper etc yet some say it all works fine. Don't wanna spend $ on hjalper when there is no decent support for any of it!

I paid for and downloaded xpadder months ago. My computer froze up today and I bought a new one.
How do i get xpadder again without paying for it again?

I found a website that showed me how to set it up on my gamepad. now I have it all programmed and saved and the buttons show on the xpadder what they are programmed on the keyboard and they flash when i hit proper button but it does not make any action that its supposed to.
Im missing one last step to get it right. any thoughts?

NM, got it. Had to run xpadder as admin.

i use the free xpadder which runs PERFECT and easy to setup...search theres a link on here somewhere.

anyways u may need to install drivers for windows, atleast i had to.

Hey, I just got a messenger kit for my xbox 360 controller which I use with xpadder. Can the messenger kit also be used on the computer etc?

Extra hot keys? able to chat with controller?

Can it be done? How?

I got a wired Logitech gamepad set up pretty quickly. I use Xpadder, TableNinja, and PlaceMint. I am not used to it yet but I do use it when my hands get tired from using the mouse or I want to stand up to stretch.

Well I'm trying to set this up and it's utter lunacy from the very off. How is something so simple made so complicated? Can't even get an image open!!
