PT4 Hud not loading while playing

Hey guys
The past couple days whenever I log onto ACR and start playing my PT4 is not working. The icons don't appear at the top of each table and my huds don't pop up.
When I select get hands while playing in PT4 it says 0 files found to monitor.
I can import hands after sessions, but the HUD is not appearing during my session.
Any ideas for why this is? I really appreciate any help I can get.
