Simulation Software for Poker Card Games?

Is there any open-source (preferably) or commercially available software that will run simulations on games based on a deck of poker cards?
For instance, I want to create a game, but I need to figure out the probabilities of quite a few events occurring to understand how to score the game. I'd want to input the rules of the game (what gets dealt when, what beats what, etc.) and let it simulate millions of deals with various numbers of players to determine the odds of certain events.
Is there anything like that out there? Or any suggestions on the easiest way for me to create it?
