bud, save your PNGs as PNGs (with transparency).

Use the png2bmp app to turn your PNG into 2 bmp files
(.bmp for main chipfile and .a.bmp for it's mask.)
you can view the mask, if you're curious by using the mskmgr application also included in the PSTIG archive.

voila. pokerstars compliant BMP chips + maskfile for transparrency.
ok, plenty of chips to covert this way...making adjustments or multiple chipsets? that's a lot of time in the command-line.
you can create a batch file to contain all of this work (egoogali ms-dos batch files) so all you would have to do is load your PNG files into a certain folder, run your batch file and smile at CPU automation.
