not sure what use the deck.bmp is? how does the stars client use this, or is it for other sites?

Anyhow here's a lazily whitened version of it, flood-fill in paintshop ftw

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to personalize a deck I bought a while ago, can I ask you a couple of things?

Actually my idea is to simply change font on the deck and the cardrank; I've tried to modify deck.bmp and cardrank.bmp overdrawing the old font.
I did that to all deck.bmp and cardrank.bmp in "simple" folder, respecting images size and spacing of numbers.

That's the (poor) result:





I guess there's a problem with transparencies:
take a look at KINGs: you can see in black the old font that hasn't been removed completely (can't understand why).

The new font (in white) is only shown in the "layer" of the old one while it disapperas when outside the old font border.

I guess I'm supposed to modify some other files, what am I missing?

you not the only one. The files in gx duplicate, change de files or copy the files the nova theme and past in your gx file. i think is in the cards sizes. that's how I did. and works.

If you are using .BMP files, have you remade the mask files?

G3K0 did mention that back.bmp now needs to have 12 card backs. Thats the only thing I can think of.

i changed it back to 6 cardbacks instead of 12 and it works.

Which are "mask files"? how can I modify them?
