FullTilt Poker Deck Font
If you want to create a copy of the FullTilt deck from scratch you will need to know the fonts they used. I think I have found out what is a good match.
I reckon FullTilt used a minimum of 2 fonts for their deck. I recreated their deck and ended up using 3 fonts. Here is what I think they used.
Bear in mind that I used Photoshop to create the ranks and had to use the Free Transform tool to make the fonts shorter and wider.

Q: This is the card that had me stumped for hours. But I finally found it. They used
Rosewood Fill; downloadable from
http://www.ufonts.com/fonts/rosewood-fill.html
J: If I was being lazy, I'd use the Rosewood font, but a better match seems to be
A Perfect Circle; download from
http://www.ufonts.com/fonts/a-perfect-circle.html
The final puzzle is if you want a
T instead of
10. I've never seen a T in the FiltTilt deck so I have to guess. The Rosewood T is a good fit for the other court cards.
Interestingly, Rosewood and ITC Cushing are Adobe fonts, so its likely they didn't use the A Perfect Circle (looks like it was released in 2004) for the Jack, but to me it looks slightly better.
