Is the tiltbuster site still up? Bar Nuthin doesnt respond whatsoever

notice to PokerStars UK MAC players that run with custom themes

Client update 7.9830 breaks the xthemes.ini link to @pokerstars.com base themes so if your custom theme uses a custom gx.ini file then you're SOL for the time being.

When I find the correct redirect for xThemes I'll post the working solution.

Can in anyone tell me if Umbra PS will work with table optimizer it works much the same as table ninja and stars helper. Will everything work as it should with this theme such as autoseat? Everything is also converted into bb's like stack sizes and bet sizes etc.

Umbra is a mod made by pkrart.com, I suggest that you either contact the designer there or the developer of Table Optimizer.

Both said they dont know as they haven't tested was hoping somewhere here had the same combo

In my theme the cards are large above each player, how do i get them so they are like the image above

anyone losing their settings after updating / deleting their user.ini preferences:


there's now a packages section in the user.ini file.
remove any @custom.blah.blah.blah in the theme names in xThemes.ini
add your theme names as packages
add your theme defaults as themes

mileage may vary. for me (mac uk v7.9830) this is the only way to a) load custom themes and b) ensure that I can set defaults that will be there when I reboot the client - they had previously been set until client reboot where the settings would not hold.

I dont see an option for that im using the azure theme and the players info are in a rectangle (no circle) and the cards are above that wheras i would like the off to the side on the table and small.

2nded for black theme except remove everything at the top apart from pot obv, including the hand# and all that stuff

There's no need to edit gx.ini. Just copy these 2 empty graphic files from ZIP archive (ice-tbl-ndg.png and ice-tbl-btn.png) to C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\gx\ctrls and use PokerStars.exe for running Stars client instead of default desktop shortcut:

If you use custom table theme, then you'll possibly need to copy those 2 files to Ctrls subfolder of the folder with graphic files of your custom theme.

Here's a free tool for creating a desktop shortcut that opens PokerStars client without update and overwriting your custom mods:

You should edit this line in gx.ini:

Hmmm when i open that file in notepad it is all in gibberish

You should edit 2 lines in gx.ini from C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\themes\ordinary and then use PokerStars.exe for running Stars client without update:

You should use TableCrab2 for editing gx.ini.
