figured it out...the file folder that i downloaded and extracted was called blah blah blah Hyperclone-Plus

and the ini that i cut and pasted was just blah blah blah Hyperclone.

Also once i fixed that the cards suddenly worked

Hey if anyone is any good with this crap..cuz im not. I've had a bunch of people IM me asking to post the cards I posted in the screenshot. They are essentially the neon Uno cards above but somehow when I copy and pasted SzS card mod into the pokerstars file it took the shape of the card in terms of the number/letter A,K,J etc....but it filled in the background of the card with the normal hypersimple card colors. I have no idea why it happened though i did have a foxxy mod already in there i think so **** might have gotten mixed together. It was a happy surprise given the hypersimple colors are easy on the eyes. The only problem was whenever i shrunk the table down...all that would remain would be the white letters and numbers of the cards...the background would vanish. So I had to junk it cuz I couldn't figure out what the suits of the cards are.

So don't pm me cuz I have no idea how it happened but if any of the mod whiz's out there can recreate it and host it somehow...would be cool.

i just replaced the cards on pokerstars with another deck and it seemed to work pretty good, BUT unfortunately suddenly after using the new cards (with a normal pokerstars tablemod), my betpot-scrip seemed to get weird and made crazy betsizing. when i switch back to the normal cards, everything was fine again. had anybody the same problems like me, and maybe found a solution? would be pleased if someone can help me!

FWIW - Those arent UNO cards, they are a clone/copy of the PhattyLiver style cards. These are UNO cards.



You somehow installed his deck, but it didnt over-write the default hyper-simple files for the card faces - cardbase.bmp/cardbase.a.bmp.

Anyone can do this by manually replacing all files, except thee cardbase files. The screenshot reminds me of one of my decks - PhattyLiver3. Mine is oversized, and I haven't put together the standard size deck (but it's not hard to do).



If the cards you installed, dont use 100% pure white for the text (hex code# ffffff), then BetPot wont work properly. The BetPot script checks for traces of White where each card goes, to determine what betting street it is. If the cards text isn't pure white, then it wont know what % to raise to.

All of my decks I make, work with BetPot.

I think it was posted in the FTP Mods thread. Whoever made it didn't know how to handle the corner transparency properly. They look OK on a Near-Black table felt surface, but they don't look so hot on a standard/light color felt.

it was orgininally the party poker "chic" card mode, c&ped it to match Full Tilt

FWIW - It looks to me more like he Copy/Pasted them to me (and then tweaked the images in pshop). Either way, at least it's something a little bit different.

gonna add 2nd and 3rd tomorrow, dont have the link yet,espcially with the third one it should be fairly easy to get it to the orginal version right?
its just that the Qs and numbers need to be colored... how can i do that? i really have no clue about stars modding so what file do i need to change?

Put in phatty cards then went back and replaced the neon colorbase with the hyper simple color base.

How do I install new cards once I dl them?

One of my deck installers? Or one of the freebies that have to be done manually?

My installers - Open Stars > Run Deck Installer > Open cash table > Chip Rack Options > Choose Theme > Deck > Simplified

Stars updates everytime you launch, and overwrites the modified Simplified Deck with the default Waffle deck. This emans you have to install the cards, when the client is open, unless you bypass the automatic updates:

If you are trying to install someone else's cards, manually:

You need to Extract the download contents > then Copy/Paste the contents into the appropriate card directory, somewhere below:

C:\Program Files\PokerStars\Gx\chips&deck\deck\simple

What do I do with the contents that are already in this folder? Delete them?

Also, much earlier in this thread you showed some card backs and even posted a link (which doesn't go to the right place now) of somewhere on psthemes that we could get them.

Is there somewhere on that site that has just card backs?

If you copy/paste it should give you the option to Overwrite the existing files. You are simply replacing graphic files, that will be updated/replaced next time Stars updates.

The link I posted to psthemes is fine. You have to have a psthemes membership (free) to access the members download section that I linked to. Activate a PSThemes membership, and then the link will work fine. I will try to add those card back mods to the new tiltbuster store soon, so they are easier to find.
