Would it be possible to get the party-poker deck in replacement of the Pokerstars deck.. im taking about the card faces. I REALLY REALLY want the party deck faces.

Almost un-possible. AFAIK, NO ONE, including Bar Nuthin has attempted to mod the Default Deck for Stars. The Simple Deck is much easier to mod, because you dont have to mod ALL 52 separate card faces.

This is why its such a PITA.

By the way, could anyone explain how to mod even the simple theme ? I mean explain the role of each picture file in the simple folder.

They're fairly self explanatory, picture the graphics sliced up where they will be used, tabs, buttons, etc just look at them - the files with ".a.bmp" in them are the alpha channels for the corresponding image, it includes the data to make the images transparent - PStars provides tools to generate bmp and the alpha bmp from an inputed PNG file, handy when creating your own theme - theres a PDF and the tools zipped up somewhere on their site

Well what's weird is for instance why there are two diaminds on cardsuit.bmp as well as two clubs and only one heart and spade...

So you can make it a 2/4-color Pip Deck if you want, so that the 4-color deck option in the Stars client actually works. My decks have 4-color card faces, and therefore no reason to have a 2-color and 4-color deck option. Regardless of which option the player chooses in the Stars Lobby, my decks look the same on Stars. This is not the case with most of my FTP decks.

If you ever used any of my ftp decks, I make them as a 4-row deck typically, instead of all 6-rows necessary for the FTP Clients 4-Color Card option to work. I do it to make the deck package smaller for download. If you turn on the 4-Color Card option in FTP when using my decks, 2 of the deck's suits will disappear, because I didnt design any images in that row.

Hopefully that makes sense.

I just need the T. The original high and width should be like the other original Stars-cards.

I dont need fully modded cards. I do it myself.

I would make it myself, but first asked here to safe time. If anyone has such cardrank.bmp, cardrank.a.bmp, deck.bmp and deck.a.bmp allready, he would make me happy if he uploads it somewhere for free (as in the threadtitle supposed).

If you really did card mods yourself, you would have already made yourself a deck with a "T".

It would take me ~5 minutes or so to make the standard simplified deck, have a "T" instead of a "10".

1.) I have done a lot of cardmods at other pokerrooms allready. At Stars I have done the cardbase.bmp. If I had done the T allready, I wouldnt ask.

2.) I dont want you to do my work. And I dont want any commercial offers with "rights" or something on it, because I want to deploy my mod for FREE as I would like it to have it from others.

As said: I dont want that you work for free for me. But if you allready have done the work and give it away for free use (free as in BSD-licence), you would make me happy. Sorry, no offence.

This took me about 10-12 minutes cuz I couldnt decide which font to use (then 2+2 bombed out for 10 minutes ). I decided to go with Advertiser Gothic (PhattyLiver style), and I prefer my deck oversized 1 size, for easier card viewing (notice the overlap). Its a bit of a quick hack, but obv you can see not hard to do. I was gonna remove the card suit marks (pips) altogether, and prolly should of now that I actually see the screenshot.

Nice work. But thats not how I want to make it. I want the original Stars font and size of the cards. Just this T.

Better fire up photoshop, imo - or be less picky.

LOL. PM me your AIM or MSN name and I will give you a free deck. The site is completely accessible to 99% of the internet. I don't know what is causing your problem.

I had 2 others with similar issues that sent me PM's. I got on AIM and had them each a brand new free deck in no time. It isn't very hard to contact myself or Bar Nuthin, even if you cant access psthemes. All you needed to do was send me a PM explaining the fact you cant get on the site, and given me a contact email/IM and we could have had it handled hours/days ago.

The site access issues are being looked into, and will be addressed in the near future.
