Software tool for faster and more convenient search of players on PTR website.

First of all, this software is the browser replacement with many additional functions and options. Its user-friendly interface allows us to get used to the software almost immediately.

It can become irreplaceable for those who use PTR more often than 10-30 searches per day. But even those who rarely use PTR, can find enough reasons to get the software, and there will always be an occasion to start "punching" your opponents more actively at the tables.

The main features

- Compactness. The program is much more compact than the browser and does not block table view.



- User-friendly interface with only the necessary information. The graph and the table of limits are viewed separately, that accelerates searches. And this data will not always be necessary at the moment. There are no banners, forum posts and other ads from the site. (And their site is not the fastest one.)

- Customizable options. All data tracked by the software can be changed and viewed as you like.



- Copying of any tracked information (stats or played limits) to the clipboard for pasting into a window with your notes.

Everything is adjustable, and if you spend some time over it, it is possible to create unique note templates for preflop and later streets, filled with stats and your observations. Many players use such templates written in .txt-format, and then copy them to their notes if they are updated.



- Login manager. It’s possible to enter multiple logins into the software (there’s no limit). It will remember and sort them, using the ones which have searches left.

- Sorting the table of limits (or the list of played limits, as you prefer). It is possible to order/filter only games and their results, which are interesting to you (e.g. you choose FL SH, and the software filters out all the hands played in NL, PLO, also FL FR and HU).



- Search-by-click feature. Click on the nickname of the player at the table. Simply use a predefined key on his nickname (it’s customizable too), and the software will insert it into the search field or the search can be set to start automatically.

- Filter by limits (for premium accounts). Choose the necessary limit, and you’ll be able to see how the player’s stats are changing.

- Extended list of buddies with ability of background updates and alerts.

Differences from the full version:
- An emerging window after each search
- There are no program options
- There is no filter of limits on the main page, limited filtering in the table of limits.
- There is no search-by-click feature (for PokerStars it’s possible to insert the player’s nickname into the software by hovering your mouse cursor over his nickname at the table).
- There is no button to copy data blocks (stats, results, etc.).
- There is no possibility to keep logins and their number is limited (3 max). To add a new login you have to go to options, enter the login and the password from PTR to add it, and press the button to update. The indicator near the options button will be filled with a green strip.

P.S. The software uses PTR data, and just like PTR it can be forbidden \undesirable in your poker-room (but there were no cases of ban because of this site, as far as I know).

Must have for any serious bumhunter (not only thou), works like a charm.

Interesting, we had thought about doing something like this a year ago, but PTR wasn't friendly to the idea (naturally). I guess you guys worked out some deal though, so that's good.

might try this.. PTR has been slow as hell lately.

Of course you can try, but I just want to say that the program is unfortunately dependent on the workload of PTR. For example: there’s no statistics on Hold'em and Omaha (Earn, BB, Hands) on PTR for a couple of days, and therefore these data are not available in the program (only summary stats). Lags are all the same. If PTR does not respond in time, then the program will receive data slowly enough.

I was thinking about how to give all the interested persons an opportunity to take advantage of the full version for a couple of days. Are you interested to try?

i will when you're confirmed legit.. Lots of Russians in my country and none of them are legit. Always worrying.

ok, I will make a full demo version for a couple of days. Everybody can try it.
You may see where the program addresses and what it transmits if you want.
It addresses our server only for updates and messages, sending nothing.
99% of requests go to PTR, if updates check is disabled than 100%.
Demo version sends all the requests to PTR.

I will also look for people from forum who has tried the program and whom you will be able to trust more than me.

Now I develop a new version of the program. Will be able to reduce or increase the window size, to separate the tabs and to place conveniently.

Something like this possible in combination with sharkscope/OPR?

I was going to do this, but there is sharkscope hud and tournament shark. Even a table statistic is shown there. Or they are not used?
If this is really interesting for the SnG/MTT players I will make it surely.
